ISLAMABAD, November 6, 2026 — The government has reduced petrol prices by Rs9.41 per litre and high-speed diesel prices by Rs5.56 per litre, providing further relief to motorists and transport operators.
According to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the revised prices took effect on Friday, November 6.
Revised Fuel Prices
Petrol now costs Rs352.59 per litre, while high-speed diesel is priced at Rs382.25 per litre.
This is the fourth consecutive daily reduction. Since Monday, petrol has become Rs25.32 cheaper per litre, while diesel has fallen by Rs20.71.
The government continues to collect approximately Rs114 per litre in taxes and duties on petrol and Rs100 on diesel.
Lower petrol prices directly benefit motorcyclists and private vehicle owners. Diesel price reductions may also ease operating costs for freight transport, agriculture and businesses using diesel-powered equipment.
