Corrections Policy
How Pakistan Report handles corrections and significant updates.
Pakistan Report aims to correct meaningful factual errors promptly and transparently.
If a published story contains a significant factual error, we will update the article when the error is confirmed.
Material factual corrections receive a visible correction note explaining what was wrong and what has been corrected. We preserve the original publication time and record the time of significant updates separately.
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or style changes may be corrected without a formal correction notice when they do not change the meaning of the article.
Reporting an error
Readers who believe an article contains a factual error may contact Pakistan Report through our Contact page or at pakistanreportnews@gmail.com.
Please include the article headline or URL and explain the information that you believe requires correction.
We will review credible correction requests against available evidence and sources.
