KARACHI, October 26, 2026: Pakistani technology company Systems Limited reported consolidated profit after tax of approximately Rs9.08 billion for the first nine months of 2026, an increase of 14.4 percent from the corresponding period last year.
Financial results disclosed on Monday show that the company’s consolidated revenue reached Rs76.49 billion during January to September, representing year-on-year growth of 33.2 percent.
Gross profit increased by 24.6 percent to approximately Rs19.32 billion, while operating profit rose by 14 percent to Rs9.74 billion.
Basic earnings per share stood at Rs5.93, compared with the corresponding figure a year earlier, reflecting growth of approximately 9.4 percent.
The results indicate continued expansion in Systems Limited’s consolidated business, although profit growth was slower than revenue growth.
According to the financial disclosure, the company benefited from stronger business performance and operational efficiencies. Its standalone operations, however, faced pressures associated with wage inflation and exchange losses.
The distinction between consolidated and standalone performance is important because consolidated results include the company’s wider group operations.
Systems Limited provides technology services, including software development and digital transformation solutions, to clients in Pakistan and international markets.
Its financial performance is closely watched as an indicator of developments in Pakistan’s information technology sector, which the government is seeking to expand through higher exports and international business partnerships.
The latest figures show that the company continued to increase revenue and earnings during the nine-month period, while differences between revenue and profit growth highlight the importance of operating costs and margins.
